What we do
You know how every business has tasks that just eat hours — the weekly reports, the data entry, the back-and-forth between systems? We find those parts of your operation and automate them, so your team can focus on the work that actually matters. We work inside whatever systems you already use, starting with one bottleneck and building from there.
The name's intentional — once you cross the Rubicon on a workflow, you don't go back to doing it the old way.
Who we work with
Small-to-mid-sized businesses — roughly 15 to 200 people — where the workflow we're automating impacts a team, not just an individual. Scale of impact matters more than size of company: a 15-person company where 10 people share the same workflow is a strong fit. Our clients are owner-operated companies in fields like construction, manufacturing, and strata management.
How we think about AI
We use AI when it's the right tool, not because it's a selling point. Many of our automations use deterministic code, API integrations, or scripted logic — often better than AI because they're predictable and don't hallucinate. When we do use AI, we say so plainly. When we don't, we don't pretend we do.
