Our work, mapped

The shape of the work.

Real businesses we work with — anonymized for privacy — and the automations we've built for each.

Automations we’ve built, by sector

  • Strata management Manages the day-to-day life of residential strata corporations — budgets, maintenance, and owner relations across multi-unit buildings. A world of recurring deadlines: council packets that run past a hundred pages, AGM minutes, and a shared inbox that never stops.

    • Invoice Lifecycle — Document & inbox handling : Runs the whole invoice lifecycle unattended — intake, manager approval, AP hand-off, archiving, and monthly totals — start to finish, with no screen to babysit.
  • General contracting A general contractor building across commercial and residential sites at once — estimating, accounting, HR, and crews in the field all moving in parallel, where the back office has to keep pace with the build.

    • Email Quarantine — Document & inbox handling : Turns the weekly slog of combing a Microsoft 365 quarantine into a few minutes of supervised clicking. It reviews and flags; releasing a message stays a human call.
    • Meeting Summary — Summarization & extraction : Walk into a meeting, walk out with a branded summary PDF — recording, transcription, and AI extraction handled end to end, so no one writes up notes from memory.
    • Follow-up Radar — Document & inbox handling : A weekly read-only sweep that surfaces the emails still waiting on a reply — the ones that quietly slip — and sends back a short control report.
  • Construction services A construction firm running dozens of active jobs at the same time, where more than a thousand supplier invoices a month have to be matched to the right project before anyone gets paid.

    • Invoice Routing — Document & inbox handling : Clears the accounts-payable pile-up at the source: reads incoming invoice PDFs, works out which job each belongs to, stamps and renames it, and files it where it should go — no manual sorting.
  • Architectural lighting Specifies, supplies, and installs lighting for commercial towers and high-rises — part product house, part field crew, tracking fixtures from the order desk to the ceiling.

    • Fixture Count — Summarization & extraction : Reads a set of electrical drawings and counts every luminaire by type, returning a tally spreadsheet and a colour-annotated PDF you can verify by eye — instead of counting symbols by hand.
  • Stonework Fabricates and installs natural stone — countertops, vanities, and islands — turning an architect’s drawings into finished pieces cut to the millimetre.

    • Spec Check — Verification & quality checks : Cross-checks shop and design drawings against the project spec, code by code, catching the mismatches a person scanning by hand would miss — and prints a verification report to prove it.

Selected work.

Each one started as a single manual task eating a team’s week. We automated it end to end — and measured what came back.

Case studies are being written up — we publish them only with real, verified outcomes, so they take a little longer. In the meantime, we're happy to walk you through the work directly: ask us about it.
